YOUR CANCELLATION RIGHTS

2. Please follow the 6 steps outlined below to exercise your cancellation rights and return your goods to HØEG via post. Currently, it is not possible to return items purchased online to any of our stores. If you made your purchase through a partnered retail location, such as an airport or department store, then any return will need to be made in accordance with the returns/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us.
As you are a consumer you may cancel your order within 14 days from delivery and obtain a refund.
